Here I will post some Russian hockey picks.

It's hard to believe for Lokomotiva second defeat in a row. This is quite unreal because they have almost same team like last year and for me is quite surprise that they didn't score in last match.
Atlant on the other hand was change most of their standard players and obviously they need much more time for preparation and training for best lines.
Both teams lost their opening matches. Loko was defeated against Dinamo Minsk (0:3) and Atlant against Torpedo 0:0 (0:1 OT).
This two teams plays before 20 days in friendly match, and Loko win 4:0.
Today I don't expect such a big difference, but 1 or two goals can decide this match. I hope in Atlants net.

In many eyes this two team are main candidates for bottom of championship table.
In previous games "Motorists" lost against Magnitogorsk (2:0) but team is recoup in match against favorite Dinamo and win in OT after 2:4 for guests.
For "Knights" this is third trip where they lose last 2 times against Kazan (5:3) and Neftekhimik (2:1 OT).
Last year this two team played two times in KHL and "Motorists" have better score 8:3 and 3:4 (after OT).
I think Ekaterinburg can grab one more victory in front of their fans and positive charge of emotions after a strong-willed victory over the Dinamo.

Magnitka third defeat in a row? It's hard to believe it. Four days earlier
Traktor win in Magnitogorsk, first time after 16 years. This is also reason
for revenge, fight for honor. Magnitka is class more in compare with
Traktor and today I expect their win in 60 min.

For Torpedo 2 wins in guest matches is great success. Today they hosts Lokomotiv in first home match in this season.
H2H is 2:2 in last four match, but mostly home side win. Loko won the last time in Nizhny Novgorod, six years ago.
Value is definitely on home side, but I chose ML if for some reason they decide to play draw.

Three defeat in a row for one of the most trophy and one of the oldest Russian club is shame and unlucky. CSKA lost in opening match against Spartak at home 1:5 and then against Amur and Novokuznjetsk after OT and penalties.
Both of this two teams are class less in compare with CSKA. Last match CSKA lead 0:2 in first period after Parsin and Marek goals but then in second and third period they receive 2 goals and Kuznja equalize and after penalties win and one more shocked CSKA players.
CSKA make many good chances in both matches but they didn't realize it.
I truly believe that one more defeat is not real.
CSKA have good team and it's question when they "explode" and start wining.
H2H against today opponent Sibir is mainly equally and for sure Sibir is not team who CSKA can't beat.
I'm with Sergej Nemcinov team today with high stake.

The worst start for Spartak for a long time. Only 3 points from 5 game is miserable result. Spartak
have problems in last line, defense is so bad and also goalkeeper Dominik Hasek isn't on his level
with only 86% successful defenses.
I think this is the reason for alarm in Spartak team.
Spartak today welcomes Lokomotiv, hard opponent in bad time for host.
For Spartak there is only one way how to get out from this crisis, and that is the victory. No mater how, just victory. They know what is they problem, and they try to avoid so much goal in own net.
I believe in hard game today, and good opportunity for one low scoring game.

Both teams show nothing so far. Last place in the division Harlamov and Chernisev speak for themselves. But, Traktor looks not so bad in last two duels against Magnitogorsk. They scored 6 goals and they played very aggressively against strongest opponent.
If Traktor repeat game like in last match I think "Kuznja" will do nothing in Cheljabinsk.

SKA plays pretty bad at home. It is hard to find the right reasons
although everything indicates that the opponents simply play with much more attention to
defense so they would not allow Petersburg to play their recognizable game. It is not easy to play
and score when the opponent thinks only to defend their own goal. Against strong teams like the Avangard and Atlant SKA played good and that proves that they love to play "open" and they more easily reach the goal if opponent moves to attack ..
Locomotive is just such an opponent, an opponent that will not close and wait counters, but on the contrary, It is an opportunity for the SKA team to show what they can and to justify the immense money and talent that they undoubtedly possess.
Thus, less pressure for the guests, the team that playes open games, and that is a opportunity for SKA.
I believe that they will know how to use aforementioned advantages.

Atlant after two home meetings without goals began slowly to recover they game. In the last three matches as the guest, they scored five goals and could have more, but luck was not on their side.
They played very well against Loko and SKA and both games they lose in OT.
Severstal on the other hand already collected 9 points in 5 games and all from guest matches and if we look from that perspective they are pretty comfortable on league table.
In past, this two team played many draw matches (Severstal-Atlant W10-D11-L14).
But today I expect Atlant victory, possible in OT but Atlant in my eyes is going there for all three points.
